Introduction To UAV

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are unmanned aerial vehicles operated by radio remote control devices and self-contained program controls. Uav is actually a general term for unmanned aerial vehicle. From a technical perspective, it can be divided into unmanned fixed-wing aircraft, unmanned vertical takeoff and landing aircraft [3], unmanned airship, unmanned helicopter, unmanned multi-rotor aircraft, unmanned umbrella aircraft, etc. Compared with manned aircraft, it has the advantages of small size, low cost, easy to use, low requirements for combat environment, and strong battlefield survival ability. Because of the importance of unmanned aircraft to the future of air warfare, the world's major military countries are stepping up the development of unmanned aircraft. In November 2013, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CA) issued the Interim Regulations on the Management of Civil Unmanned Aircraft System Pilots, and China AOPA Association is responsible for the relevant management of civil unmanned aircraft. According to the regulations, drone operations in mainland China can be divided into 11 types according to the size of the aircraft type and the airspace in which they fly. Only drones over 116kg and airships over 4,600 cubic meters in integrated airspace are managed by the Civil Aviation Administration. For the rest of the flights, including the increasingly popular micro-aerial photography aircraft, Are managed by the industry association, or by the operator's own responsibility.
